Summary: A Visual Feast for Contemporary Art/Photography Lovers
Comment: Having just seen the exhibit of Robert Heinecken at LACMA I can say this book is a very complete collection of his work. The pictures are beautiful and clearly show the brilliance of his craft. It is my first experience with his work and I am in love with it! The collection is a collage of photography and media related pictures mixed and overlapped expertly in erotic and humourous fashions. Heinecken uses eroticism blatanly and beautifully and his nudes are drawn on and overlapped with various images and often surrounded with written commentary by the artist. If you can't see the exhibit this is a beautiful book to experience a revolutionary artist!
