Summary: It changed my life
Comment: It is not often I can say this about anything much less a book. I can tell you I have had some severe depressions throughout my life and was about at the end of my rope when I found this book. It helped me to let go of what happened in the past and focus on today in the here and now. It also helped me to not think about my happiness as something that will happen in the future, when I have lost weight or when I have reached a goal. I don't know what I would have done without this book in my life and I am ordering another copy to make sure that does not happen. It is a reference guide for living and I consult it occasionally. I highly recommend this book to all!
