Summary: pretty good registration guide
Comment: this book contains sections written by a number of experienced, top registrars at museums across the nation. they know their business, and although the methods will doubtless vary from museum to museum, it gives a good overview (although a few of the authors do go into painful detail) of the registration process. for the most part it's a great book on a hard-to-find subject.
