Comment: This is a cook book which at first glance seems to offer so much promise but is full of frustrations when you actually try to prepare the recipes. Many dishes take too much time to complete and require extensive equipment as well as unfamiliar ingredients. The book's instructions are inadequate for the inexperienced cook.
