Summary: easy, wonderful, and it works!!
Comment: I have been using MAP since 1995. In the early years
I used the healing sessions to heal some major things-
and I mean major. I am a fully qualified and trained and
experienced healer in many modalities, and healing is
my professional work. MAP is incredible, and this book
very clearly and precisely puts the information into
the hands of any sincere seeker. It is in no way difficult
(or ritualistic, as someone suggested), and after a short time,
it a snap to work with. While I have found essences to
be helpful, it is truly not necessary to have a set to
benefit from MAP. Just buy the book, read it well, and
begin. Chapter four tells all you need to know, and the
rest is extremely informative. You may or may not wish
to work with essences at a later time.
I use MAP professionally at times, and have found it very
helpful to assist in keeping me focused during a long day
of healing appointments with clients. Whatever their
background, the clients notice the work is deeper. One
needs not discuss MAP with clients, or anyone for that
matter for it to work. One need not "believe"- however
it is co creative work, and you must participate rather
than passively awaiting for everything to happen. The
book explains all this.
This book is a gift from the Universe, a truy positive gift
of love and healing, and I suggest it wholeheartedly for
the way it is written and given to us, the readers, and
beneficiaries. Thank you, Machaelle!

Summary: Complements Reiki
Comment: I used MAP several years ago before learning Reiki and now that I am a Reiki Master I have been led to use the MAP again when I found this book in my closet a couple of weeks ago. The results are much more powerful this time around since I can now feel the energy working in various locations and energetic levels of my body. The connection with my MAP team, the source, nature, and my higher self is so clear. I'm receiving messages of guidance and support for emotional, mental, spiritual healing as well as physical healing. I was having problems with my ears and sinuses being clogged but immediately after using MAP, they opened up. I invoke the Reiki energy with it now but do not use essences as that is not necessary for MAP to work. Some may say that this is the Reiki working, but I am convinced that it is both, with the coning setting a clear intent for the healing energies to work. Being able to open and close the coning and select the members of my MAP team is a way of being responsible for my own healing. The ritual in Reiki is sacred, special and reverent, no different than the ritual of MAP. Thanks for this opportunity to comment.

Summary: Outstanding resource for healing!
Comment: MAP is incredible. Not everyone 'clicks' with this method of healing, but for those who do, it is magnificent! I started using MAP after a car accident when conventional and alternative healing just wasn't doing the trick for my back. Now my back is doing great! I use MAP whenever I have any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual problems. It helps with all...from big ailments to little ones...even when you're just not feeling up to par. I just can't say enough about it. It helps to heal all aspects. I use it frequently by itself, but also use it in combination with Reiki and other healing methods. It is very complimentary to other modalities. I found that people are either drawn to it or not, pretty cut and dry...no matter how much you rave about it to them. It's kinda funny that way. Like I said, those who are drawn to it, think it's magnificent...as you can tell from almost every review on this site!
