Comment: This book was not very useful for me.
It's hard to understand what reader category it's aiming for.
I couldn't find any interesting thoughts or suggestions on how to make a film. Overall, it is very poorly written and doesn't meet the expectations I had for this book written by such a good film director as Wajda.

Comment: Hollywood finally honored a true European Cinema legend at the 2000 Oscars! This fantastic book brings you closer to the master and in turn allows the reader to get a better feel for his movies, which will enlighten you even more. What else can you ask for? Truly a great man of Polish cinema and this book "Wajda on Film : A Master's Notes" puts a exclamation point on that fact! Highly recommended.
