Summary: I loved Lydia and feel like I traveled to Greece with her
Comment: This book was so riveting and to think I may have gone through life and never knew about it! But I was lucky enough by chance to meet the author Angela Parker this fall in Alexandria, Va while visiting my daughter. Angela was such a delightful lady and I could hardly wait for my book to come when I oredered it. Author Parker creates such a believable setting and the action, excitement and passions of the main character Lydia is facinating. In the first few pages I knew I was hooked. Ms. Parker's painting of the land of Greece helped me feel like I was there, her building of the characters made me feel like I knew them and her suspense kept me turning the pages! Please write another book Angela--I want to read more. My friends are waiting to read my book of Lydia, as I haven't stopped talking about it!! I hope we meet again soon through our children or grandsons, you are a special lady. Warm regards Judy Dykman

Comment: Excellent book, it would certainly make a terrific movie! So captivating, thrilling. Angela should write a second book, what happens to LYDIA??? We'll Lydia be convicted of both murders or what???? It sure kept me on the edge! I understand Angela has another book out "AISHA", when is that available??????? MOVIE PRODUCERS, TAKE NOTICE "LYDIA" WILL MAKE TOP 10******** HEIDEMARIE WELLS

Summary: Greek drama
Comment: The novel Lydia is so typical Greek in the construction of the syntax, in the plot, in the characterizations and in the way it ended. It made me think of Aristophanes. A suberb job. Nikos Kazanstakis didn't do better with Zorba the Greek.
