Summary: The IT trainer's bible
Comment: If you are an IT trainer or someone responsible for IT trainers, this book is a "must read".
I have had the privilege of not only reading this excellent book on how to train people to use computers (and putting it all into practice) but also to have heard the gospel being preached from the horse's mouth. I have been training people to use computers (and training trainers) according to the "Masie" way for over eight years - and his teaching is still as effective in today's ultra-technological world. He puts it all across in the most "easy to read and remember" fashion with lots of hints and tips for the trainer. The company I work for develop software for the advertising industry and our trainers have to go out and train our clients to use our system. They all follow Masie's "Sagamore Design Model"(explained in detail in the book)and feedback on our training has been consistently high over the last eight years. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who is responsible for training people to use computers. I can assure you that your training effectiveness will double at least!
