Summary: Needs updating
Comment: I read this title back in 1992 when I participated in a Law Enforcement/Physical Security Training program for the United States Navy. A very informative work, but unfortunately, it is very outdated at this time (October 3, 2001). If anyone really wants to understand what the U.S. can and cannot do under the laws of the U.N. and the International Community, this is must reading.
