Summary: busy mom appreciates book
Comment: I am a parent of a 2 year old and needless to say I don't have alot of extra time to go to the gym for a work-out. This book allows me to exercise at a time and pace that fits into my daily routine. As most people I feel better when I get some exercise and this book has given me some great ideas on how to do just that. I borrowed this book to my sister who sits alot at her job and she also has seen some benefits, I just wish she'd buy her own copy so I can have my book back!

Summary: It works.
Comment: Get fit watching the TV news. Get fit on rainy days when you can't get out for your walk. Get fit sitting at a computer. (I'm going to do the "sitting at computer" exercises as soon as I finish writing this.) I borrowed the book from the library, and I am buying it.

Summary: No more excuses
Comment: An excellent book for anyone, regardless of age. The exercises are well thought out and clearly illustrated. Anyone can do them, and they work! People can't make excuses for not exercising any more. The exercises seem especially good for people who are older or for those who are sitting for a good part of their day. I can't believe the author, who is pictured doing the exercises is almost 50! She looks much younger, so I would guess that her routine works.
