Summary: THIS BOOK IS A MUST-BUY FOR ANY BREAK-DANCING ENTHUSIAST.
Comment: My name is Desmond, and i have been a hardcore breakdancer for about 12 years. I learned most of my moves on the streets of New York City in the early eighties, however, i got into a few bad habits. This book took me back to the basics; the fundamentals that are necessary to any serious, competitive breakdancer. Upon reading this book and applying some of the knowledge i gained, i hit the streets to see what, if any, effects it had on my flow. To my surprise, i was smoother than ever. My spins were tighter and my foot work was faster and cleaner as well. I highly recomend this book for anyone considering a career in professional breakdancing, or even someone trying to show off at dances, parties, or charity benefits. It will help the novice breakdancer to get a solid start and will help an advanced breakdancer to perfect their moves. A must buy!
