Summary: The Real, Right, Stuff
Comment: Even without the recipes (which are great) this book is an excellent read. I'll bet I've read a hundred "cowboy" books or cookbooks, and you can tell a mile away that the writer is basing their stories on second-hand adventures or even someone else's writing. These stories are clearly first-hand by someone who was not only there, but in the thick of it!

The recipes are delicious - I actually use this as a cookbook instead of a coffee table book. Highly recommended all the way around.
