Summary: A helpful Book
Comment: This is an excellent book on how to gain respect by recognizing and cultivating its traits. Descriptions and examples of the traits (i.e. honesty, humor, etc) are explained. It would have been an even greater book if it taught how to handle people who just won't respect you no matter what.

Overall, it was a good book on the subject.

Summary: Excellent. I now command full respect at the office.
Comment: When I entered the professional arena after college, I had an extremely difficult time adjusting from the fraternity hijinks and it showed in the office. This book changed my life around. Everyone respects me and I can inspire others. No one throws things at me anymore. Perry Garfinkel is truly a great man!
