Summary: A good reference book, but somewhat incomplete
Comment: There is plenty of data on basic models, and how they were offered, but not enough consistant detail. That is what is listed for one model is not listed for another. Moreover only American brands are covered.

Summary: standard catolog of 4x4's
Comment: I use this book as a reference tool for my business at Canadian four wheel drive magazine. I find the book to have a very complete listing of all standard options available to each vehicle going back to 1946. All mesurements and in some cases production totals and prices. Though I have found a few points missed the listings are very complete with each year of vehicle logicly laid out. If you want to know what came on your vehicle stock or one you are interested in this book will give you the information you are looking for. An over all good buy. Albert Vandervelde
