Summary: Turkey hunters...Get this book!
Comment: Michael Hanback's "Spring Gobbler" can be described as the essential "how to" manual on turkey hunting. It is great for beginners, but advanced hunters will learn from it as well. I find myself going back over it again and again. Keep a highligher handy too, because you'll want to mark up all the good information. It's that good.

Summary: Best turkey hunting book I have read
Comment: I have read a lot of books, magazines, and articles on turkey hunting. I have to say this is by far the best I have come across. The advice and strategies mentioned in this book are great for use in the field. Most books waste the experienced hunter's time with very basic information. This book doesn't do that. I will be reading this book every year in preparation for turkey season.

Comment: By far and away the most informative book on the subject and also the best bang for the buck. I have read 4 large books on this subject and this is the best. Great for the beginner and intermediate hunter. Does not waste your time with a lot of senseless, personal stories that are not educational.
