Summary: Best in the field
Comment: I am a Ph.D. candidate. I came across this book while researching for the thermodynamics and kinetics process during laser processing. Very few books deal with the above process. Also I have found that the authors are quite knowledgeable in this regard. Though I have not found what I wanted in the book it helped me to derive my own formulation. I will be very happy to contribute a chapter in this book once I finish my Ph.D.
