Summary: It works even for procrastinators...
Comment: It turns out I'm not the most consistent and disciplined person in the world, still this audio book has surprised me in lots of ways. At first I was distrustful of the "subliminal" messages it might contain, but after I listened to it a couple of times wide awake, I allowed it to do its work while I was asleep.
I am Still fat, I haven't lost any wheight yet but I have noticed my eating habits have changed and most incredible of all: I ACTUALLY NOTICE WHEN I AM FULL and stop eating without feeling deprived. It did help and it is still helping even if I have failed to listen to it regularly.

Summary: Amazing results
Comment: I am amazed at the results I have had in the two weeks that I have been using this self-hypnosis/subliminal tape set. I have lost 8 pounds so far, and I also feel that my stress level has dropped significantly. I have tried every diet in the past that you can think of and I have even tried all kinds of prescription diet pills with little or no luck. This is great!

Summary: Amazing!
Comment: Many years ago my overweight cousin and I went cross-country in her van playing this tape from time to time. While it didn't seem to affect her, for the next couple of weeks I lost weight even though I wasn't concerned with weight at that time. I was absolutely amazed with the result but she then lost the tape and I've been looking for it ever since. Thanks, amazon.com!
