Summary: Great textbook for translation workshops
Comment: I had the chance to use this book among several others for my graduate class in translation and I think it is one of the best out there. While it gives theoretical information regarding translation it also gives practical examples on translating a literary work. The suggestions are not only linguistic but also literary and cultural. There is also a good "further readings" section.
