Summary: Healthy Heart One-Dish Meals
Comment: In skimming the book through the eyes of someone who just had quadruple bypass surgery I was furious. I did not eat foods that cheese rich before I was diagnosed w/CAD. Beef, "Low-Fat" Cheese, Turkey Bacon and sour Cream do not belong on anyone's shelf who would buy this book based on it's title. Who did the nutrtional breakdown (ie Fat %), I find it questionable. As a pharmacist I do have some nutritional savy, the author obviously has none!

Summary: This book made cooking fun and reshaped our diets completely
Comment: After a heart attack in the family, I purchased this cookbook. I carry it with me to the store at all times and we have had great fun with these delicious easy meals!
