Summary: Interesting info but industry stats need to be updated
Comment: This book had some interesting information in it and the profiles of some of the leading mail order companies was helpful. However, none of the information was any more current than 1989. For this reason I was a bit disappointed in this rather expensive book. I'm sure a lot has happened in the mail order industry in the last decade and I was frustrated that this book didn't supply more recent statistics.
