Basically, it shows how to make cool looking cakes with marzipan or butter cream frosting. If you can follow their directions and have the proper baking tools, your cakes can come out to look exactly like the ones in the pictures. They give all measurements in u.s. and european measurements and tell you the temperature in celcius, fahrenheit and gas level for gas ovens. Some of their creative cakes include:
