Comment: Don't waste your money. Only sales people to benefit from your buying this book are the authors and publisher. Rated 1 star ONLY because -0- stars is not an option

Summary: One star summary
Comment: An average sales book with "old school" scripts. The outline, or format, of some of the scripts are strong and can be forged into usable stuff.

Example of what I mean: The "Don't Interest You" Script: "How is it possible that saving money and saving time don't interest you? Wouldn't doing both make your business stronger?" page 43.

Summary: I Got Great Ideas from this Book!
Comment: This book provided great scripts that can easily be integrated into our selling process. I especially found the section on "Overcoming Objections" relevant and useful. Our company sells service; not a product and the scripts were very applicable to our business even though we do not offer a "product".
