Comment: This book does not give you enough information to really start your own training program. What information the book does give is outdated or not sufficient. It does talk about how to implement a program, but it does not give you the nuts and bolts you need to actually create a training program. Unfortuantely, my purpose in reading the book was to learn how to create a program for a small, new, growing business. Luckily, I have found other books that do a better job of explaining the whole process such as the book "Beyond the Podium."

Recommendation: Skip Nilson's book.
