Comment: Mr. Rowan has never shied away from tackling the tough issues of our time and in this study, he is insightful and provoking. His mastery over complex subjects is impressive and I hope that we will be able to explore more of Mr. Rowan's work in the future.

Rating: 5
Summary: Conflicts of Rights: Moral Theory and Social Policy Implicat
Comment: This text is written not for the layman, which is disappointing as Mr. Rowan draws our attention to significant points about which those who make public policy decisions should take note. For those with a background or a serious interest in the moral questions concerning some of our most controversial contemporary social issues, I strongly recommend this book.
