Comment: Mr. Atkins managed to produce a very interesting fact book. The great "thesis" of the book is that we can consider Latin America a region by itself. Although this is not a very important "finding", it is my guide book to International Relations in Latin America - it talks about every international organization created in the region, political or economical, and covers each one's history. If that's what you're looking for, then don't hesitate.
