Comment: Our company bought this book two weeks ago as a guide to develop our "Masterplan". This book lives up to its claim that it can work for any size organization. It gives information on defining roles in organizations, how to define and refine your purpose and masterplan and how to follow through. This book will not only help in our company's ministry on a large scale, but it's already helping me in my division within the company and in my own personal life. This book has more good information than I can mention! I'm buying a copy for myself.

Summary: Practical process-turns vision into reality
Comment: Biehl does a masterful job of articlating his process for creating a master plan. We may know where we want to go, or what we would like to accomplish, but have trouble putting together a clear plan that we can communicate with others. It's a quick read, and you'll find yourself crafting your plan as you're reading the book. Great templates for weekly team reports, annual reviews, position focus sheets, and a master planning arrow. If you lead an organization, specifically a ministry related one, you NEED this book.
