Summary: good integration of theory into practice
Comment: I've read this book quickly and now plan to use it intensely for my grad studies and my work in public health. Excellent practical advice for those of us on the front line who need to influence health behaviors of individuals and groups. Practical advice which is soundly based on theory - adding to the validity of the authors' recommendations.
