Comment: I went out on a limb and bought this not knowing much of what's in it. I'll actually review it when I'm done reading it, but here's the table of contents so you can make an informed purchase (btw, the picture on the cover is different - mine has _Christ in the Desert_ by Ivan Kramskoi. Beautiful picture.) So far the book is both practical and scholarly, which is wonderful.
