Summary: a journey to self discovery
Comment: As a mental health professional, I recommend this workbook to many of the women I work with. It has proven helpful in breaking free from what we, as women, have been taught to believe about ourselves. It assists in reality testing what we do and why, freeing us to do what is best for us. I recommend that the workbook be done at the individuals own pace as some of the activities can be emotionally difficult, yet these tend to be the most useful in breaking free from the constraints society has placed on women.
