Summary: Great all around bass book
Comment: As a guitarist picking up the bass, this is a very well paced book.
After going over some basics and hand strengthening exercises he starts on the grooves. Some are easy, but most are very challenging. The cd quailty could be a little better... but does the job. If you like Earth Wind and Fire's music.. get this book!

Comment: Ok, i started bass and i got this book, it is not worth buying! under any circumstances! it walks you though laim exercises, and has about 5 pages on the same scale (major) just in different keys! this is a very very poor book!
