Summary: Nonfiction at it's finest!
Comment: In a word, Mr. Allport is brilliant. I was first astounded by his critically acclaimed, "Austria" and was thrilled to see it followed up with "England". I can only hope that the rumors circulating about the conclusion of the trilogy, "France", are true, and that the book is still in the works.
Mr. Allport's works are simply a must read for history buffs and those who never go out on Saturday nights.
