Comment: A truely excellent resource for all bakers. This small book has photos and descriptions of what the consistency of your batter should be at different mixing points. The book doesn't spend pages on descriptive text or childhood culinary memories and none of the ingredients listed are exotic. I even had all the ingredients and already owned all the utensils I needed to start cooking immediately. Trust me - just buy this book!
