Comment: I love this book. It's filled with sophisticated combinations of flavors and the recipes are quite simple to follow. I have many cookbooks, but when I'm looking for gourmet vegetarian cooking, I use this book. The author also adds interesting and very helpful comments in the margins. You can tell she's passionate about her cooking. Additionally, it is visually appealling and easy to read.

Comment: Even though I am not a vegetarian, I really like this cook book and use it extensively. Information about the vegetables is great. Also the recipes are not boring, low fat, vegetarian recipes. She actually uses butter appropriately according with its reputation in cooking.
