Summary: A great gift for Newlyweds
Comment: This was my husband's choice when we went shopping for cookbooks together. I grew up in a big, hungry family with no idea how to keep cooking for two people interesting. I don't have to worry about leftovers or the results of reducing a recipe's servings. Now I can watch our calories by making small portions of guilt-causing foods such as biscuits or Eggs Benedict. The Honey Lime Fruit Salad is so easy and tasty that I have doubled and quadrupled the recipe for groups.
This may not have the best recipes Betty Crocker has to offer, but it has the best collection of usable recipes for couples that I have seen. This is an excellent book to give to someone of any average cooking level who feeds a small crowd. I would give this to a young person moving out on their own and any Newlywed couple.

Comment: I have found this cookbook to be a great addition to my kitchen. It has recipes of varying levels and diversity througout. Good buy especially if you hate eating leftovers for days!

Summary: Great help for busy nights
Comment: Everytime I cook something from this book my husband loves it -- just once! No more leftovers! You can through out your Tupperware and start cooking the right amount for two. The ones I've tried have been really tasty and healthy too; the portions aren't skimpy either. I like that the nutrition info is so clear.
