Summary: A good guide
Comment: This book is good for a beginner and a expert. It is very informative. Though some complain about being MAC oriented, It never occurred to me as such. With the assistance of this book and along with Acrobat Classroom Book I have created a PDF document on a single CD-ROM consisting 13720 pages. The publication contains all the Laws' of Sri Lanka. And I am in the process of digitising all the Reported Case Laws of Sri Lanka that runs in to nearly 23000 pages. All this was made possible by the knowledge gained from this book.

Comment: The writing was hard to follow, and everything was Mac-based. Isn't the whole idea of PDF that it is cross platform???

Summary: How about an Acrobat book for Windows User Only
Comment: The book was extremely through in its discussions, but in today's hurried environment, I didn't feel like reading through mounds of Macintosh instructions to find out how to do something in Windows. I felt like the Windows instructions were a footnote to the Macintosh platform. Where's an Acrobat book written for Windows users. After all, we make up 90% of the computer environment.
