Summary: Great advice from a personal perspective
Comment: We bought this book when our son was diagnosed with a congenital hearing loss. This book is written from a personal perspective, the author has two hearing impaired children. We felt that the book offered a balanced and non-judgemental review of many issues facing the parents of a deaf child. The book offers helpful illustrations and very practical advice and reassurances.
