Comment: ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! What popped out at me immediately was the cover, mine is actually different from this one, and has a closeup on a line of nori and some rolls, because I bought it at [another store], and the beautiful, crisp, color pictures. I have not yet cooked anything from this book, but I can tell that I'm really going to enjoy working with this book.
