Comment: I picked this book up on a "whim" one night figuring that it would be just like all the other "weight loss" books out there. How wrong I was! This book is great for anyone with weight issues. It's primarily written for people who want to lose weight; however, the information in it should be "must" reading for anyone interested in nutrition. I read the book cover-to-cover in a weekend and have gone back and re-read many sections of it.
