Summary: This book alone won't help you to pass 70-219
Comment: This book taught me how to draw a site, a domain, a domain tree, and a forest. There aren't any new technical material about Active Directory on this book.

I passed this 70-219 because I took it about 2 weeks after I took the 70-217. I was still fresh with the Active Directory stuff. And I studied the Transcender in that 2 week to be familiar with the exam format.

The key to this exam is to figure out how many forests and how many domains to use.

Comment: Do not waste your time on this one !!

Read this Training kit twice, understand the rules (how may gc, dc, site links etc, in place upgrade etc), then, you must use the Transcender 70-219 exam, then print the questions with each study case out and analyze them (worked for me)

took me 6 weeks, scored a 660 needed a 620, long case study, easy questions, NO PASS/FALL, plenty of time, no trick questions
just use your brain !!1

Summary: Vague with no sample case studies!
Comment: I found the this book very frustrating to read. The way it was written in some parts left you scratching your head, even if you re-read it 3 or 4 times. And I've already passed 70-217, the new concepts weren't explain very clearly, at least not well enough for a novice to Design to grasp. However, the most disappointing aspect of this book was that it didn't even have one practice Case study! I mean getting use to the new MS test format is half the challenge. You can study this book inside out, but on test day, you'll be totally lost. Go with Transcenders or even the Sybex book instead.
