Summary: Good for beginners, that's all.
Comment: Bought the book, and going to be returning it for a more complete book. If you are a beginner with the Windows 9x interface, and need some handholding, this book is for you. Otherwise, I'd imagine you'd be better off buying a "Mastering" book of some sort.
