Comment: This book has tons of recipes for everyday fare that is easy to follow and very well presented. I have tons of cookbooks and rarely make more than a few of the recipes because of difficult to find ingredients or that are too exotic for my taste and I have already tried two of the recipes after only 4 days.

Summary: Dinner is well served......
Comment: This is a 90's version of the casserole dinners, most of us grew up on. These one dish wonders..combine traditional and unique combinations. One of my favorites is the Reuben Casserole a la Orcas. There are chapters on Meats, Poultry, Meatless dishes, Seafood. This book celebrates soul-satisfying foods in various ways, from Creole Black-Eyed Peas and Rice, Fried Rice shared from a Chinese family, a homemade soups, exa: Mulligatawny Soup. Better Homes and Gardens gives the quality it stands by..dinner is well served!
