Summary: It's amazing what I didn't remember!
Comment: Paul Baldwin has done a fantastic job of selecting special events of the 20th century to help us understand how much mankind has grown in the past 100 years. Of course, many of the events occurred before I was born, but it was refreshing to "re-learn history" by reviewing his concise and interesting descriptions. I say "re-learn" history, since I'm sure I was exposed to many of these events during ny school days, but I sure didn't remember them all. As for the more current events, those I've actually lived through -- what an adventure to read about and re-live some of those events. A fascinating read!
