Summary: I use it as a reference book.
Comment: A wealth of information that deals with the identification and treatment of trigger points in the lower half of the body. Any practitioner that does a lot of soft tissue work needs to check out this book. Recommend combining the five specific exercises in "Treat Your Own Knees" with trigger point techniques for a comprehensive approach to knee pain.
