Comment: It appears to me that Herb Quakenbush was wrong when he stated to me "The Haunting by Margaret Mahy is the Holy Grail of reading." One couldn't be further from the reality, that it is disturbing to say the least. My Uncle Merengue, a title by Pierce Thurm is much better, so much better I would stake my dog Merk's life on it. If you are gonna pick up a book, pick up My Uncle Merengue, you won't be disappointed. Boo, Ghost Cave, BOO! crayons.
