Summary: A horrible, poorly-written text
Comment: I took 2 years of computer in High School. This was the book for the AP course. It is absolutely useless. I've been programming in BASIC since I was 5 years old, but if not for my first year Pascal course (which used an excellent book from Walter Savitch, which I highly recommend), I would certainly have failed the AP course. Stay away from this book, and if you're forced to use it for a class, I recommend finding another book (such as Mr. Savitch's), because you will certainly need it to make any sense of Pascal
