Summary: well written and more helpful than I would have thought.
Comment: The most terrible time of my life was when my wife and I lost our child through SIDS. This book showed us how to deal with our guilt and sadness and may have even saved our marriage. John Defrain presents a well written book filled with a wealth of helpful insight. I beg anyone going through this crisis to please read this book!
