Comment: This book is not a step by step guide to balancing your diet. It focuses on giving background information on all of the nutrients that a person needs, as well as detailed information on deficiencies and excesses of many body-building elements. It goes into great detail and gives lists of foods that are high in important nutrients. A great reference and general knowledge book.
