Summary: Excellent, well-structured, and good tasting
Comment: A friend of mine gave me a copy of The Quick Grill Artist at the beginning of summer. I rarely go a week without using at least one of the receipts. I'm a fan of Norman Kolpas' cook books. They are always well thought out using quick techniques. This one excels at its inventiveness. I would never have thought it was possible to bake pizza on my gas barbequet. I have one small criticism. The brown text used as variations of the main reciept is small font and difficult for those of us over 50 needing reading glasses. Overall, it is an excellent book and I highly recommend it.
