Summary: This book is scary yet funny, I've read it so many times!
Comment: The Ghost Witch by Betty Ren Wright is wonderful you can read it anytime or anywhere. Jennys mom's friend died and so Jenny and her mom inherit the lady's house and are going to move in unless they don't want to. Jenny meets the ghost witch and wants to stay in her apartment rather than move, but her mom wants to know why. At Jenny's school they are going to have a Halloween dance and afterward Mr. Barker is going to have a haunted house, so Jenny makes a deal with the ghost witch that she stay there and haunt there rather than stay at Jenny's house. They agree and Mr. Barker earns money from scaring so many people. In the end the witch is too tired to even make one more monster and tells Jenny that she needs to rest so she can make better monsters for next years Halloween. The perfect book for anytime or anywhere!
