Comment: The authors of this book have taken a complex and sophosticated subject area and broken it down into a user friendly definitive guide which has to be a must for any under graduate on a law degree or any student desperately trying to understand the finer points and complexities of evidence.

The critique of recent law commission reports is invaluable as it goes to identify the key points and expalins them in english, a must for any struggling student. I wish this book had been available when I had studied the LLB but will swear by it during the BVC.
